Cash Management Support Specialist I - North Phoenix, AZ

Summary

Coordinates and oversees tasks and activities in support of Cash Management Services, including but not limited to, responding to phone and help desk inquiries and requests for information, administrative duties and general knowledge of our products and systems in relation to our business membership. Independent judgement, initiative and accuracy required as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements and risk operations. Protects the confidentiality of all financial data related to Credit Union operations and its members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide administrative support for Cash Management system, Bottom-line. Which includes:
      • Preparing, sending, reviewing and filing Cash Management Agreements
      • Performing quality control measures on member documents and system entry
      • Creating monthly billing reports.
      • Backing up Cash Management Support Specialist.
  • Proactively manage support to business members and work with members and associates to achieve timely resolution, exercising judgment to prioritize tasks for effective resolution of member concerns.
  • Create, refresh, and improve processes and provide updates to procedures as needed.
  • Develop an understanding of Credit Union philosophy, organization, bylaws and operational procedures. Comply with the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, AML, OFAC and all other applicable State and Federal Financial Institution Regulations.
  • Support Deposit Operations processes as assigned. Which may include:

    • Processing ACH payments

    • Processing Wires

    • Supporting internal process improvement efforts

    • Updating procedures

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; less than three years related experience and a working knowledge of banking operations. Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed. Be proficient in the use of standard office equipment. Bottomline and Fiserv DNA knowledge a plus.
